Bourb Your Enthusiasm Notes: This show-stopping bourbon opens with the flavor of raspberry compote, torched mint, and honeyed graham crackers. Vanilla ice cream, hints of cherry, and pipe tobacco accents provide further nuance on the velvety palate, which gently coats the tongue and delivers a depth of flavor commensurate with bourbon at a higher proof. 

Despite that, this whiskey drinks well below its ABV, juxtaposing restrained heat with lush waves of cacao nibs, nougat, and cinnamon bark as it travels to the back of your palate, refusing to let go. 

Closing notes of robust oak, black pepper, and toasted coconut round out this balanced bourbon, leaving you with a sensuous send-off that can only be experienced to be fully appreciated.

Tasting Notes: The nose is like fresh pecan pie bars – sweet nuttiness, dense caramel, and toasted shortbread with a soft amount of spiced oak.

The palate follows close to the nose – fresh candied pecans, overcooked caramel, dried leather, subtle pops of smoke and lingering spiced oak.

The palate has a long leathery finish, complimenting baking spices, with the dried dark fruits and soft oak lasting long after.

Jack Rose is always in the Top 25 best whiskey bars in the world.  Bill has been instrumental in growth of American whiskey for close to 2 decades. But, this is his first foray into his own brand. Because of Bill s relationships he was able to source from places few have access to. Premier Drams contract distills barrels and age them at these renowned distilleries. These barrels are offered as cask-strength single barrel releases.

Premier Drams is dedicated to transparency. Unfortunately some distilleries require non-disclosure agreements. We ve added as much detail as possible on our labels, including the distillery of origin.
